Bakker Klaas — where handcrafted bread meets motion with character.

Bakker Klaas and Studio Mario share one space, one oven, and one love for sourdough. By day, it’s an open artisanal bakery. By night, the same space transforms into a pizzeria serving wood-fired sourdough pizzas, wine, and aperitifs. Located in the Wintercircus in Ghent.

Our role was to translate that new identity into motion. We developed a motion layer that strengthens the shared visual system while respecting the personality of each brand. Subtle timing, tactile transitions, and playful details reinforce the handcrafted feel without overpowering it.

The result is a punchy yet flexible motion system that supports both brands across digital touchpoints, adding rhythm and cohesion to a space that constantly shifts between day and night.
